Return Conditions  - The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, without signs of wear or damage.  - The return must take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.  - The return shipping cost is at the customer's expense, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

3. Return Methods  To proceed with the return:  1. Contact us via email to communicate your intention to return the product.  2. Ship the product to Piazza Vanvitelli 15, 80129 Naples.  3. Be sure to include a note with your details (name, surname, address and order number) in the shipment.

4. Refund  - Once the product has been received and verified, we will refund you within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return.  - The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.  - The initial shipping cost (€8 for Italy, €6 for Campania, €12 International) will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

5. Defective Products or Errors  In case the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered:  - Contact us immediately at the email address ufficiopisani@gmail.com  - We will replace the product or refund you the full amount, including shipping costs.
